The comprehensive courses provided by TIRM will be designed for international providers, supportive staff, affiliated health care personnel and interested parties to learn the latest advanced bio-cellular techniques for treating a multitude of medical and aesthetic applications with Platelet-Rich Plasma Concentrates (PRP), Bone Marrow Concentrates (BMC), Adipose-Derived Tissue Stromal Vascular Fraction (tSVF), Guided Ultrasonography (Orthopedic Applications) and updated scientific information. This will include advances in systemic uses involving stem/stromal cell isolation and cryopreservation, and advances in knowlege as it evolves. The core course design is intended to introduce or enhance the clinical knowledge and provider competence to improve patient care: safety, benefits, limitations and risks related to regenerative medicine and the equipment/techniques used to perform these procedures.
Attendees should expect a comprehensive introduction to evolving regenerative medical care from highly qualified teachers and trainers with extensive research, clinical and patient care experiences.
Attendees will be provided an opportunity to observe a live demonstration of a variety of core content showing acquisition of adipose-derived grafts, preparation for guided placement (if indicated), PRP concentrates and preparation of Biocellular Regenerative Therapeutic Matrix. This will include demonstration of point-of-care cellular isolation procedures and current testing protocols.

Day 2 Clinical Experience (Limited Slots Available per Session)
Based on availability, each attendee will have the opportunity to attend the 2nd day of the course, which will be a supervised training hands-on live surgical session. These sessions will include optimal acquisition of grafts, sterile protocol, and preparation of Biocellular Therapeutic modalities, emsulification protocols, and cellular testing for cell-enrichment processes. This added section is to further enhance the comfort of the attending physician for employing these various methods in a clinical setting. Optional full day training in introductory to advanced ultrasound diagnosis, treatment planning, and guided delivery in musculoskeletal applications (separate session - Dr. Randy Moore) are also available.
This educational offering is intended to meet the needs of all physicians and healthcare providers who are interested in the use of bio-cellular therapies, including Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP), Stromal cells, and cellular Stromal Vascular Fraction (cSVF) for a variety of applications.
Upon completion of the activities, attendees should be able to:
Discuss the diagnosis, presentation and impact on patient outcomes
Review the safety and efficacy of current and emerging trends for the management of multiple bio-cellular applications
Indivdualize combination treatment approaches for patients with various concerns based on their clinical presentations
Adequately perform bio-cellular applications with the most up-to-date protocols and techniques in own clinical setting
Understand potential use of ultrasound technologies for diagnosis and treatment guidance in variety of musculoskeletal applications and targets
